What we hold
- What you tell us when you write or use the form on this site: your name, email address, telephone number and message.
- What a purchase requires: billing and delivery addresses, and the transaction records we are obliged by law to keep.
- Nothing further. The form on this site transmits nothing by itself — it opens your own email programme with the message prepared, and nothing reaches us until you send it.
How long
Correspondence that does not lead to a sale is deleted after two years. Records of sales are retained for seven years, as tax law requires of us.
Your rights
Write to info@viningfineart.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may exercise these rights free of charge and without being treated any differently for having done so. Residents of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, and we honour them on the same terms.
Our list
We write to our list three or four times a year. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect at once and permanently.
